IJRM Misssion Statement
This Journal is dedicated to the proposition that nothing remains static in our constantly expanding and evolving collective fund of knowledge - including the co-joined realms of Science and Medicine. In accepting this universal truth - the inevitability of growth and change - we must also acknowledge that there can be no sacred cows, no immutable dogmas or paradigms. For, as soon as we cease to question dogma and paradigm, we have lost the ability to engage in the most fundamental processes of discovery: the Scientific Method. When we begin to elevate our paradigms to the status of deities, then we have also made of our science a religion.
IJRM Vision
To be the premiere, Crossmedia-based forum for the unbiased presentation and exchange of ideas regarding medical and related scientific paradigms - central to the best practice of Medicine, medical research and innovation, the treatment of disease and injury, and Public Health/Public Policy - in the advancement of medical science.
